Renovation of a library in Teaneck, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Principal items of work in the project include: Removal of existing cooling tower and the installation of a new cooling tower. Bids can be mailed: All mailed bids shall be addressed to Farah Gilani, Teaneck Township Engineer, C/O Townshcip Clerk and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, All mailed bids shall be mailed employing a formal mail receipt procedure such as Certified Return Receipt and shall also satisfy all the above requirements. Bids can be hand delivered prior to the date or hour specified. In this case, the bids shall be delivered to Farah Gilani, Teaneck Township Engineer, C/O Township Clerk, Township of Teaneck 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey and shall also satisfy all the above requirements. It is the Bidder's responsibility to make sure that the bid is submitted on time and to the proper location. The work shall be completed within 210 consecutive calendar days from the date of the notice to proceed. "Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et. seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq." All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days except as may be permitted by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.3.
