Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in McConnelsville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Work of the project at the Morgan County Senior Center and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents including electrical, HVAC system, and restroom improvements. The Work will be substantially completed within 45 working days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 15 working days thereafter. Liquidated damages shall be $750.00 per day. A Bidder may not withdraw his Bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of Bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond payable to the Morgan County Commissioners, an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids will be returned unopened to the Bidders. The Morgan County Commissioners reserve the right to reject and all Bids.
