Reference number : 1608423 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-30 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Without being limited thereto, the scope of the work consists mainly of repairing the paving of chemin de Planches in section 33 of 1,300 m in length. The repairs are as follows: - Section 33: Correction layer and wear layer Terms A bid bond in the minimum amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total bid value in the form of a certified check drawn on a Canadian chartered bank, savings bank, a credit union doing business in Quebec, either a bid bond and a form of commitment relating to the issuance of bonds in accordance with the examples attached to the call for tenders document, all payable to the Master of the work and conditionally reimbursable, must accompany the bid. Only construction contractors within the meaning of the Building Act LRQ, c. B-1.1. Tenders will be submitted, in two (2) copies, to the Contracting Authority in a sealed envelope marked: "Tender for project no. "SAMV-21024092-A0". Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. Award The Client does not necessarily undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any costs or any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s). awrd is subject to final approval.
