Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Milledgeville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of developing (2) fenced courtyards on the Southeast and Southwest corners of the new 14-Bed Pod building; new sidewalk to the West Parking lot where a new dumpster pad and lift pad will be installed; installation of a drain tile system to the north of the CEP. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
