Reference number : 1608716 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-15 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The municipality of Saint-Pacôme located in the MRC of Kamouraska (Quebec) is requesting public tenders for the maintenance of winter roads within the limits of the said Municipality. To be admissible, bids must be made for a period of three (3) years, i.e. for the 2022-2023 to 2024-2025 season inclusively. The maintenance of streets and roads, over an approximate length of 25.773 kilometres, must be done to the satisfaction of the municipal authorities as well as in accordance with the prescriptions and requirements of the Ministère des Transports du Québec. This maintenance will begin with the first snowfall of fall and end with the last snowfall of spring. The opening of streets and paths to traffic must be done twenty-four (24) hours a day. The Municipality reserves a period of 90 days to award the contract, from the date of opening of tenders. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond 50% is required.
