Obtaining the documents is subject to the pricing of this organization. Tenders must be accompanied, in particular, by the following documents: 1. bid guarantee of 10% of the amount of the bid valid for ninety (90) days; 2. Bidder's declaration duly completed and signed (integrity certificate). The City is in no way liable for the fact that any notices or documents conveyed by electronic system contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City of Rimouski does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received and incurs no costs or any obligation of any nature whatsoever and assumes no liability towards the tenderer(s).
