The Town of West Tisbury is seeking an experienced and qualified consultant to manage and administer the Town's information technology systems. Services provided shall include PC system and application administration; network administration including maintenance of LANs and WANs; hardware (server, PC and peripheral) installation, maintenance and repair; software installation, maintenance and repair; consulting on hardware and software purchases and upgrades and on longer term IT planning; establishing and monitoring backup procedures; maintaining the Town's e-mail system and assisting in development of an equipment replacement program.No interpretation of the meaning of the SPECIFICATIONS will be made to any proposer orally. Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing addressed to Jennifer Rand, Chief Procurement Officer, Town of West Tisbury, PO Box 278, 1059 State Road, West Tisbury, MA 02575 and to be given consideration, must be received no later than Noon on Friday, June 10, 2022.Submission of questions by email to townadmin@westtisburyma.gov Written questions on instructions to bidders and requested services must be submitted by Noon on Friday, June 10, 2022. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal procedure, to cancel this Request for Proposal or to reject any and all proposals received deemed not in the best interest of the Town. The Select Board shall award contracts under this procurement..Contract term: three years with fixed pricing for the three-year term. All documents prepared for the project shall remain the property of the Town of West Tisbury subject to the specific requirements of the grant. Selection shall be subject to additional discussions and/or negotiations based on proposals received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
