Renovation of a municipal facility in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK A. The Work under the Contract consists of in general but not limited to: • Remove existing EPDM Membrane & Ballast including all related flashings in its entirety (All layers of thermal insulation & Structural deck to remain) • Mechanically fasten existing tapered insulation to deck & adhere new flat stock on top of existing insulation. • Install new wood blocking at all details and perimeter to the matching height of the new insulation and per manufacturers requirements. • Fully adhere ½” Gypsum roof board in low rise foam adhesive. • Install new cast ire drain bowl assemblies • New edge metal as shown on drawings. • New Modified Bitumen System per drawings and specifications. • All work included in Contract Documents. B. Order of Work: 1. NOTE WELL: The Contractor must submit a proposed Work Schedule to the Architect and OWNER for approval. C. In addition, the work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities
