Renovation of a municipal facility in Owasso, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All bids must be accompanied by a Business Relationship Affidavit and a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification. Attention of the bidders is particularly called to the requirements of the Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, and Labor and Material Payment bond, approved workers compensation insurance and liability insurance in the amounts required by state statutes, which must be filed with the Kay County Courthouse. All applicable city, state and federal requirements must be met by the bid proposal and adhered to if the project is obtained by the successful bidder. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids, wave formalities, and enter into such contract as such be deemed in the best interest of the Taxpayers of Kay County. Title 6 I I 09: Any bid received more than ninety-six (96) hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays before the time set for the opening of bids, or any bid received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the bidder submitting same. By order of the Board of County Commissioners: "Kay County prohibits discrimination against any individual because of their race, color, creed, sex or handicapped status.
