We kindly request your company to submit a quotation to replace 6 Carrier Split Air Conditioner units (supply, installation, and testing A/C split package units) at Coweta Charter Academy located at 6675 E. GA-16, Senoia, GA 30276. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the scope of work below. Scope of work: o Furnish and complete install of 6 New Carrier split systems (5 and 4 tons each). o Provide labor and materials to remove existing units and install new units. o Provide labor and materials to disconnect electrical and re-connect electrical to new units.o Provide labor and materials to disconnect refrigerant lines and reconnect refrigerant lines. o Provide labor to disconnect existing ductwork and reconnect. o Furnish and install new GPS air filtration devices. o Provide labor and materials to install new insulation for refrigerant lines as needed. o Provide labor and materials to disconnect and reconnect gas lines to furnace. o Provide labor and materials to start up new equipment and check operations. o Provide crane to set new units on the roof o Provide transportation of new units to job site and removal of old units. o Provide labor and materials to dispose of old units properly. o Furnish and install New Honeywell Controls to match existing building controls and GPS air filtration device. o Start up and check operation of new units.
