Renovation of a municipal facility in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Questions Due Date: Jun 10th 2022, 4:00 PM EDT One Montgomery Plaza Mechanical Upgrades - Plumbing/Fire Protection Bid Security Shall Be Made Payable to the Owner, in the Amount of 10 Percent (10%) of the Base Bid Plus the Cost of All Alternates. Security Shall Be Either a Certified Check, Bank Cashiers Check or Bid Bond Issued by a Surety Licensed to Conduct Business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the Notice of Intent to Award, the successful Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond on the forms provided in the Bidding Documents, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. The cost of the Performance Bond and the Payment Bond must be included in the bid amount. The Owner has the right to reject bids, which are not responsive, and to not award to any bidder which is deemed to be not responsible.
