Only are authorized to bid for the execution of this mandate, bidders having an establishment in Quebec or when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement. This contract is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) as well as the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The tenderer selected by the City, as well as all the tenderers and their subcontractors, are required to comply at all times with the City's contract management by-law in effect at the time of the call for tenders and its appendices. Tenders must be made on the tender form provided with the tender documents and must be accompanied by a tender bond in the form prescribed in the estimate and corresponding to an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the quote including applicable taxes, valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of tenders The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders presented and reserves the right to accept a tender in whole or in part or to reject all the tenders received and to make, if it deems appropriate, a new quote request.
