Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 5 The Center de services scolaire des Navigateurs would like to obtain quotes in sealed envelopes for the cleaning service of the ventilation systems in its establishments. The services requested are performed for 13 establishments of the school service centre. The addresses are listed in the technical specifications of this invitation to tender document. The work must be carried out in the evening or at night. The contract must be completed before December 1 , 2022. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee , in the form of a certified check for an amount equal to 10% of the total contract before taxes , payable to Center de services scolaire des Navigateurs, or a letter irrevocable guarantee or a tender bond established in the same amount valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of tenders. Note that the letter of guarantee or the bid bond must be issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice insurance. suretyship insurance, a trust company licensed under theAct respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. This public call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: ACCQO - Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario; AQNB - Agreement for the release of public markets in Quebec and New Brunswick; CFTA - Canadian Free Trade Agreement. Bidding service providers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bid. Note that any offer, donation or payment, remuneration or advantage in view of being awarded the contract resulting from this call for tenders is likely to lead to the rejection of the tender or, where applicable, the termination of the contract.
