Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Gooding, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Proposed improvements to the WWTP facility include the following Work: o Rehabilitation of the existing headworks building including installation of a new roof, windows, doors, and hardware and removal of the interior walls. o Installation of a new screen, vortex grit removal system, and classifier. o Construction of a new influent on-site lift station (wet well and valve vault). o Construction of new sequencing batch reactor (SBR) basins and post-equalization basin. o Construction of a new Process Building that will house the aeration blowers, chemical feed system, tertiary filtration system, UV disinfection system, utility water system, and electrical motor control center. o Replacement of a section of concrete influent pipeline to the WWTP. o Construction of a septage dump station. o Associated site work, yard piping, utility water pump and plant drain station, site electrical upgrade, and standby generator. o Consideration of Additive Bid 1 - Installation of a new dewatering system. o Consideration of Additive Bid 2 - Construction of an asphalt secondary plant entrance. o Consideration of Additive Bid 3 - Demolition of existing unused structures. o Consideration of Additive Bid 4 - Rehabilitation of the existing sludge drying beds.
