Site Directions: Missouri River Water Resource Recovery Facility, 5600 S. 10th St., Omaha, NE 68107 OPW 53525 - MoRiver WRRF - Reconstruction of Digesters 2 and 3: The Project consists of the following main work elements: (1) Demolition of existing cover on digester #2, cleaning of digester no. 2 and installation of new floating steel digester cover, cover mounted digester gas piping, piping support assembly, access bridge and safety equipment on existing Digester No. 2. (2) Demolition of existing gas membrane and cleaning of digester no. 3, reconfigure existing digester #3 to an active functioning digester with installation of a new gas holding digester cover, cover mounted digester gas piping, piping support assembly, access bridge and safety equipment. (3) Replacement of existing corbel support systems in both in Digesters No. 2 and No. 3. (4) Addition of new Linear Motion Mixers on Digesters No. 2 and 3. (5) Addition of dedicated heat exchanger, recirculating heating and transfer pumps in digester control building for Digester no. 2 and 3. (6) Addition of gas scrubbing equipment in the north sampling building. (7) Addition of a new boiler building. (8) Addition of new candlestick flare. (9) Site improvements. (10) Miscellaneous architectural/structural/mechanical/HVAC improvements in the digester control building, annexes, sampling building and tunnel. (11) Miscellaneous Electrical, instrumentation, PLC programming and control appurtenances. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). This project qualifies for Apprentice utilization.
