DOCUMENTS: The tender documents are available on the website of the electronic tendering system . TERMS : The bid must be submitted in one (1) original only and must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, certified check, money order, bank draft or valid bond in the amount equivalent to ten percent ( 10%) of the total bid value (excluding taxes). The City of Sept-Îles reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. awrd is subject to final approval.
