COUNTY OF HUDSON the following: BID NO. 7697 TO PURCHASE PLUMBING SUPPLIES FOR VARIOUS HUDSON COUNTY DEPARTMENTS (SET-ASIDE BID) Please note that this is designated as a "Set-Aside Contract" and the County intends to award this bid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:l 1-41, et seq. & Ordinance No.: 243-4-2016, a copy of which is available online. Specifications and bid forms are available in the office of the County Purchasing Agent, 567 Pavonia Avenue, 3rd Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey or online to register and download the bid. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided and shall be in accordance with the specifications contained in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders and other bidding docmnents. Bids may be submitted by delivery or courier service, including, but not limited to, UPS, Federal Express, DHL or U.S. Express Mail. These bids must arrive prior to the scheduled bid opening time. YOU BEAR FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF YOUR BID AT THE BID OPENING TIME. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. l 7:27 et seq. and all other requirements set forth in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to use the statement forms contained in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. The County of Hudson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or to accept a bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County as provided by law. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of the bids.
