To be valid, the tender must be presented on the tender documents provided by the City and must be accompanied by appendix IV "Declaration of the tenderer" of the contract management regulations duly completed and signed. Only tenders presented on the forms provided by the City and distributed by the SEAO will be accepted. No submission received after the deadline will be accepted. The deadline to file a complaint is June 6, 2022 and the deadline to respond is June 10, 2022. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the bidder(s). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
