Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Hartland, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This contract includes but is not limited to the supply of all materials, labour, design, supervision, layout and equipment necessary to complete the Central Carleton Community Complex - Process Cooling Equipment (Including Refrigeration Package Equipment) as per drawings, specifications. Plans, Specifications, Tender documents, and other information must be requested from both Jim Weston and Brent Hatchard by emailing cleeko@xplornet.ca and bhatchard@hatchard.ca. Only Contractors that formally request the Tender package from both cleeko@xplornet.ca and bhatchard@hatchard.ca are eligible to submit a Proposal. Contractor's Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal quotation. The certified cheque shall be made out to "the Town of Hartland".
