The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting for sealed proposals from qualified proposers for concrete floor applications at three City locations: 1) Concrete Epoxy Flooring in the Department of Public Service (DPS) Garage, 2) Concrete Epoxy Flooring at Spencer Park Beach House and 3) Concrete Epoxy Flooring at the Innovation Hills Park Restrooms. The Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, necessary insurance, supervision and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work required. As this Request for Proposals is being made available by electronic means, the proposer accepts full responsibility to ensure that no changes are made to the Request for Proposals documents. In the event of conflict between a version of the Request for Proposals submitted by proposer and the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division shall govern.
