The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro), Department of General Services is seeking proposals from firms to provide Painting Services (interior and exterior) on an asneeded basis. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the services. The Contractor is responsible for providing proper equipment, tools, and trained personnel to fully execute the requirements of this contract scope. The objective to be met through the award of the Request for proposal is to enter (a) five year contract(s) with the selected service provider(s) to achieve the purposes listed above. The proposed contract(s) will be an indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) for the proposed scope. Metro reserves the right to award multiple contracts. Metro does not guarantee to purchase any minimum or maximum amount of the requested services; these shall be purchased on an as-needed basis. The purpose is to find qualified companies to provide services identified in this RFP in the most cost-effective, professional and efficient way to METRO.
