Contractors will submit bid factors for warm-air heating, ventilating and air-conditioning work, as follows: 1) for work on campuses in the Northern California region 2) for work on campuses in the Southern California region Failure to submit a bid for one region of work will not disqualify the bidder from doing work in the other region.
