Replacement of Municipal Water Service Lines for 244 Homes Together with other miscellaneous items and appurtenances Any bidding addenda will be submitted to the locations noted above four or more days prior to the bid opening time. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check for any issued addenda prior to submitting the bid. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to Village of Kingsley as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. The Village of Kingsley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of 60 days after date of receiving bids. All inquiries shall be directed to Joe Slonecki, PE, at Wade Trim 231.947.7400.
