Ext Masonry/Windows Performance Period: 630 Continuous Calendar Days Liquidated Damages: Two Thousand ($2,000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day 1. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a certified check of the Bidder, in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount, duly executed by the Bidder as principal, and having as surety thereon a company authorized to do business in New York State and approved by the SCA. 2.
