Remodeling and renovation of a fire / police facility in South Jordan, Utah. Working plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
As of July 01, 2022, project was cancelled. No definite date of rebid. Scope of work includes remodeling the fire station to include the following: o Building Exterior: o Modify Building Signs - install 1/8" thk kynar coated steel signs. Signs will be cut out to say 64 and SJPD. Precise measurements will be needed to ensure cut outs fit within existing recesses. o Rope Light for 64 Sign - Install continuous rope light behind steel panel. Install controller to adjust the color and intensity of light. o North Hall F124: Install built in glass shelves with (6) overhead can lights. Install brick veneer & wood trim (encompassing the glass shelves). o South Hall F124: Paint wall and install 12" x 1" deep extruded brushed nickel lettering on standoffs that says "SOUTH JORDAN FIRE DEPARTMENT"
