Building Condition Assessment is a written report, prepared in accordance with the requirements of this RFSO, documenting the observations and opinions developed during the completion of the assessment. Types of buildings include but are not limited to industrial, office, community associations, firehalls, parking structures, and recreation centers. The successful proponent(s) will be responsible to act as Coordinating Professional of Record to their multi-disciplinary team including Engineering, Architectural Team and Contractors. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.calgary.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
