ARC is soliciting proposals from licensed, experienced and qualified suppliers or general contractors to provide a comprehensive offering of products and services to perform general construction services, which may include new construction & installation, maintenance, renovation and repair services, or emergency services calls for repairs on an as-needed basis for the facility building maintenance and properties located in Louisville as specified here in Section 3 Scope of Work and Services. The Proposers should have demonstrated experience in providing the services with indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity on an as needed basis. Questions Due Date: Jun 10th 2022, 3:00 PM EDT TARC shall enter into a task-based labor hour contract with indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity for a complete line of facility-wide building maintenance, repair and other general construction related services. TARC seeks and intends to award a single or multi-vendor award Fixed-Price contract for a term of 3 Years with an option to exercise two (2) one-year extensions for a total of 5 Years to the highly qualified Contractor(s) and best value proposal. Proposers shall submit cost information as detailed in Exhibit B Cost Form 1. Non-profit and government discounts should be noted. These instructions provide detailed legal and technical requirements for the acquisition of these services. Proposers are encouraged to follow these instructions carefully and with due diligence. Section V, Proposed Contract, provides a more detailed description of the legal contractual requirements.
