Renovation of a water / sewer project in Albany, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This Project consists of construction of, but not limited to installation of surge capacitors in existing 5kV fused switch, the demolition of the existing 2400V Motor Control Center (MCC) associated with Pumps No.1, No.2, and No.3 and the installation of a new 2400V MCC and all associated electrical, controls and instrumentation. The deadline to ask questions is 6/14/2022 3:00 PM CST Estimate: $500,000.00 - $800,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds are required. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the Project with the Owner within 15 days of Notice of Award of the Contract. The security must be payable to Owner in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid submitted. The Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the Bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating bid prices, to reject any or all Bids, and/or waive formalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within 90 days from date on which bids are opened.
