As of July 15, 2022, project was awarded to Russell Standard Corporation, awarded amount is $118,818.50. The scope of work for this project involves the double application of a Bituminous Fiber Reinforced Seal Coat on Pinetown Road and Clouser Road. Work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and traffic control incidental to all fiber seal coating operations. All bituminous fiber reinforced seal coating operations shall be in accordance with the most updated PennDOT Publication 447 Standards, Section MS-0350-0018. Traffic control shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 213, as most recently revised. The scope of work for Base Bid 3 within this project involves the double application of an Asphalt Seal Coat on the remainder of Clouser Road (Two Applications of #8 Stone). Work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and traffic control incidental to all seal coating operations. All seal coating operations shall be in accordance with the most updated PennDOT Publication 408 Standards Options: Base Bid Item Number: 1 Quantity: 9,350 Unit: Sq. Yds.
