Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: remove and replace all siding, trim, framing, insulation, windows, doors and jambs, ceiling tiles, conference room wood paneling and flooring, install new kitchen countertops and cabinets, sink and faucet and install new bathroom vanity and sink, paint and removal of all dry rot materials in the interior and exterior of Modular F Trailer. The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be June 20, 2022, through June 30, 2023.Deadline for Submission of Questions June 8, 2022 5:00PM The DSH reserves the right to utilize these references in determining whether a bidder is responsible.
