Rebuild bathroom to a total wet space and meet ADA requirements. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 60 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Tear out old bathroom and rebuild a total wet space bathroom to meet ADA requirements as per attached prints. Work shall conform to all applicable codes, be done according to manufacturer's instructions if applicable, and follow industry best practices. Job shall not be considered complete until all functions have been tested and confirm ed work in the presence of Plant Superintendent of designee. Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of debris created during project and for cleaning or repairing any part of the facility damaged during work. Contractor shall warrantee work for a period of one year from date of payment for job. Warrantee shall be for parts and labor.
