TheFromiagham Housing Authority hereby soliciting sealed bids for ahe provision ofRouting Choice Voucher Fregmot (Section 8) Unit Inspection Services The selected bidder(s) shall be required to perform the following service covering locations throughout Massachusetts. Most inspections would be outside ofthe City ofFramingham and include the Iallowing: 1. Annual Inspections within 25 Miles of Fmmingh&m 2. Annual inspectlores within Framingham on an As-Needed Basis .3. Annual Inspection Outside 25 Miles efFramsngham 4. Re- Inspection of Failed units 5. Short NoticeÆmergency Inspections 6. Initial Inspection 7. Quality Central Inspections The comraet shall be for a period of two years with an option to extend for one additional year. Based on past FHA history, this. contract is estimated at S40.000 per yeer. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
