All proposals must be submitted on a form provided for that purpose as issued within the Document Set, together with a certified check or a bid bond not less than five (5%) percent of the bid, payable to the City of South Milwaukee as a guarantee that, if the bid accepted, the bidder will execute and file the contract and a performance bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the total proposal price within ten (10) working days after the award of the contract.
