File: 2932 PROJECT SCOPE: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to remove and dispose approx. 550' of transite water main and replace with new main along a different alignment. Add additional 250' of new main to connect proposed main replacement with existing main further South (along Lakeside Dr). A pre-bid conference and site visit will NOT be held. BID SUBMITTAL: Bids received after the date and time set for receipt will be REJECTED. Facsimile and Hard Copy Bids will NOT be accepted BID OPENING: Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder.
