Depth) 30 SY Superpave Asphalt Design Mixture, Base Course, PG 64S-22, < 0.3 million ESALs, 25.0 mm mix, 4" Depth 30 SY Subbase, 6" Depth (No. 2A) 770 SY Milling 1 1/2" Depth (Millings Retained by the City) 30 CY Class I Excavation 4,130 SY Petromat Paving Fabric 5 Set Grade Adjustment of Existing Manholes 2 EA Type 1A Curb Ramp 2 EA Type 2 Curb Ramp A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the City of Monessen, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of bid for construction shall be submitted with each bid. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor and/or the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry must be paid on this project; that the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, age, religion, sex or national origin; and that the Resident Employment and Training Requirements be observed. The City of Monessen reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
