Project includes approximately 7,457 L.F. of 16" C900 DR 18 PVC Force Main with all related accessories as shown on the plans and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. Bids shall be on Unit Price Items. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 120 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed of the contract. No BIDDER may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date of Bid opening. Each BIDDER must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5%, and shall be subject to the conditions provided in Section 00200 "INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS." Each Bidder is required to submit a "Bid form", "Bid Bond", "Form of Qualification of Bidder", "Non-Collusion Affidavit" and "Immigration and Security Form" as outlined in Section 00250. This contract is ARPA funded. Contractor shall comply with SLFRF Compliance and Reporting Guidelines. No Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled. The City of St. Marys will select the bid that in its sole discretion is the most responsive and responsible to the City. The City is not liable for any cost incurred by vendors in the preparation of this bid. Unauthorized contact regarding this invitation to bid with staff or elected officials may result in disqualification.
