Site work and paving for a civil project in Oregon City, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work contemplated under this contract with the Owner, includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services necessary for, and reasonably incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Project Manual which includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the Notice of Public Improvement Contract Opportunity Prevailing Wage Rates requirements apply to this Project because the maximum compensation for all Owner-contracted Work is more than $50,000. Contractor and all subcontractors shall comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870, relative to Prevailing Wage Rates. The Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) wage rates and requirements set forth in the following BOLI booklet (and any Clackamas Contract Form B-1 (2/2023) listed amendments to that booklet), which are incorporated herein by reference, apply to the Work authorized under this Agreement Bid bonds must be executed on the County forms, which will be provided to all prospective Bidders by the Owner. The Bid bond shall be executed on behalf of a bonding company licensed to do business in the State of Oregon. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids and to waive minor informalities. The procedures for contract awards shall be in compliance with the provisions of the LCRB Rules in effect at that time.
