This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140P2122R0023 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) constitutes the entire solicitation. Proposals and price quotations with detailed breakdown are being requested. This acquisition will be conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13. This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective May 1, 2022. REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall provide all services including labor, materials, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary for the editing of existing production ready files, designing tactile elements, and fabrication of wayside exhibit elements for Arches National Park, Utah in accordance with the specifications as detailed in this solicitation and its attachments.
