Renovation of a municipal facility in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The contractor is responsible for the following: Remove and replace the two existing four inch outside screw and yoke gate valves with two new outside screw and yoke gate valves. Remove and replace one four inch flanged ninety degree elbow. Remove and replace one four inch flanged tee. Remove and replace all gaskets Substantial completion of this project will be September 15th 2022. All work to be completed by September 30 2022.
