Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Substantial Date for Completion: 45 days ARO - Final Date for Completion: 50 days ARO Liquidated Damages: - $200 per day until Substantial Completion - $100 per day until Final Completion Bid bonds and performance bonds are required unless otherwise stated. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.
