Site work and paving for a road / highway in Woodridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of Aug 4 the project was awarded to Chicagoland Paving Contractors Inc for $302,464.80. The proposed work consists of furnishing all necessary labor (prevailing wage), materials, and equipment to complete all work related to asphalt resurfacing including: full depth asphalt replacement, asphalt patching, milling existing asphalt, asphalt overlay paving and associate work at multiple Park District sites in Woodridge, Illinois as specified and in compliance with all applicable laws and codes. Upon receipt of this fee, a complete hardcopy of the bid documents will be provided to the contractor for pick-up within two business days. For further information, contact John Karesh, Superintendent of Parks at (630) 353.3300. Information (other than in the form of a written Addendum issued by the Park District) from any officer, agent, or employee of the Park District or any other person shall not affect the risks or obligations assumed by the Bidder or relieve him from fulfilling any of the conditions and obligations set forth in the bid and/or other contract documents. All Contracts for the Co nstruction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
