The State of Wisconsin (State), Department of Administration (DOA), through its Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Wisconsin State Fair Park (WSFP) requests Bids for the purchase and installation of new vinyl Flex Face Signage at the fairgrounds located in West Allis, WI and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. This Contract shall be from Contract signing to end of calendar year 2022. The Contract shall be effective on the date it is executed by the WSFP. If no formal Contract is executed, the effective date of the Contract is the date of the purchase order.
