All the roads mentioned in the specifications form a total of approximately fifty-one (51) kilometers. The project estimate will be available as of May 26, 2022 only through the electronic tendering system approved by the government, for a cost established according to the rates in effect. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bond or a certified check, issued to the order of the Municipality of Saint-Patrice-de-Sherrington, in the amount of $10,000. . Also, each bid must be accompanied by a letter of commitment from an insurance company certifying that the required bonds (other than the bid bond) in the bid documents will be granted to the bidder in the event that the latter becomes the contractor of the contract.
