The List of Attachments is in Section J of Standard Form 33 (SF33). Amendment 1: 06/08/2022: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposals due date to June 24, 2022 at noon EST. Amendment 2: 06/10/2022: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Provide answers to vendor questions, see attachment A002.J.A. 2) Update the pricing sheet, see attachment A002.J.6. 3) Amend section L.3.8 (this is very important) of the Instructions to Offerors and Basis for Award, see attachment A002.J.2. Amendment 3: 06/10/2022: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Replace the SCLS wage determination with the Davis-Bacon wage determination, attachment A003.J.14 replaces J.14. 2) Remove SCLS clauses 52.222-41 and 52.222-43. 3) Add the applicable FAR Subpart 22.4 clauses, these new added clauses are in section I of the SF30 for Amendment 3.
