All materials shall meet the requirements of the appropriate Chapter of Section 700, ODOT Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 1999 Edition. o Bidder shall supply product specifications for 1-1/2" Crusher Run with their bid. o Bidder shall submit with their bid a copy of a current mix design for each class of concrete, certified as meeting the requirements of Section 701.01 of the Specifications. o Failure to submit current certified mix designs may be considered as constituting a non-responsive bid. Asphalt Concrete Type B; Rock, #57; Hot Mix Cold Lay, Type HC4; Rock, 1-1/2" Crusher Run; Type A Aggregate Base; and Concrete Sand will be received by the City of Duncan at the production site listed by Bidder. Hauling distance and associated costs will be a consideration in awarding bid. Class A Concrete and Class A Concrete HES bid price to include cost of delivery to various locations within the City of Duncan City Limits. Bidders shall submit with their bid, as part of their bid, a best estimate of delivery time for all P.C. Concrete and Asphalt Concrete Type B stated as the time after receipt of order (ARO). The City reserves the right to purchase materials from next lowest responsible bidder if the as-bid delivery time is not met. The City reserves the right to consider time of delivery in making a purchase decision. Minimum order quantities stipulated by Vendors will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder who submits a responsive bid that is most advantageous to the City of Duncan, however, the City of Duncan reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.
