ENGINEERING ESTIMATE: $4,900,000.00 to $5,300,000.00. Pursuant to Education Code sections 17250.10 et seq., the Berryessa Union School District seeks a design-build entity to produce final designs for, and construct, the New Modular Gymnasium building at the Piedmont Middle School Project, at 955 Piedmont Road, San Jose, California 95132 (the "Project"). The Project will be constructed on the west side portion of the campus, as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. The Project will be a Modular Gymnasium building. As set forth herein, the design-build entity will be responsible for the final design and transmission of their final design to the Division of the State Architect ("DSA"), and for obtaining final DSA approval.
