BOROUGH OF KENILWORTH NEW SOCCER FIELD AT DiMARIO PARK SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Borough of Kenilworth for New Soccer Field at DiMario Park in Kenilworth, Union County, New Jersey. The work generally consists of a new soccer field including site demolition, grading, drainage, relocation of softball field, topsoil, seeding, new irrigation system, relocation of existing score board, and relocation of existing shed. The successful bidder shall be required to comply to the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, effective 1, 1964, the Contract Work Hours and Safety standards Act, the Copeland Act and the Davis-Bacon Act, and all the latest amendments to same.
