As of July 7, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on July 19, 2022. Plaster repairs and restoration in the main Court Room of the Old Courthouse. Work includes but not limited to the temporary removal and storage of courtroom seating and miscellaneous courtroom furnishings; removal and replacement of all items hung on the walls; protection of all surrounding surfaces and furnishing; repairs and restoration of all cracked, loose, and/or peeling plaster on all wall and ceiling surfaces; painting of the entire ceiling, all wall surfaces, and moldings; reinstallation of the seating and furniture; and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. Any alteration and/or repair that results in the disturbance of the paint coatings shall meet the requirements of OSHA CFR 29 1926.62 Construction Lead Standard
