Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The "Work includes but is not limited to: the installation of three (3) storm-water detention basins and parking lot construction containing 179 spaces and ten (10) bioretention basins. The work includes the separation of storm sewer and sanitary sewer leading to the basins. A raised midblock crosswalk with rectangular rapid flashing beacon system will be installed across N. 3rdStreet between the employee parking lot and the Berridge Shop. Lighting and perimeter fence will be installed throughout the employee parking lot. The contract duration is 630 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
