SKAGIT COUNTY that PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Prairie Road Guidance Improvements #ES50000-7; Federal Aid #HSIP-T292(002) This Contract provides for the installation of signage and guidance improvements along approximately 7.79 miles of Prairie Road (County Road No. 50000), from Old Highway 99 North at M.P 0.00 to Highway 9 at M.P. 7.79. Work will include but is not limited to: installation of flexible guideposts, striping, permanent signing, traffic control, and trimming and clean up, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the 2022 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. The time limit for physical completion of work is a total of 10 WORKING DAYS. The Engineer's Estimate Range is $67,712.38 to $77,280.43. The Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) mandatory goal is Zero (0%) for this project. Certification is not required, but the contractor agrees to take all necessary and responsible steps in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26 to ensure that DBE have an opportunity to participate in the performance of this project.
